Nu Sensuelle products purchased from an authorized reseller include a 2-year warranty for any manufacturing defect. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover lost/stolen items, cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart a product will void the warranty.
We will honor all warranty claims if you have bought your Blush product from an authorized retailer. What is not covered
- battery corrosion
- improper use
- accidents
- intentionally damaging product
- attempting to modify or repair product
- submerging products that are not waterproof into water
- lost or stolen products
- unpreventable natural catastrophes such as inclement weather or other natural phenomena
- melting – allowing products made of TPE, TPR and PVC to touch will cause melting of the material
- using a petroleum based lubricant, cream, lotion, Vaseline, etc with a TPE or PVC based product.
- using a silicone based lubricant, cream, lotion, etc with a silicone based product
Sportsheets Warranty
Sportsheets, Inc. “Sportsheets” stands behind the quality of the products it manufactures. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our cost pursuant to the warranties below. Items that are returned to us but are determined not to be defective will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Important notice: Ordinary wear and tear do not constitute a defective item.
5-Year Warranty
All Sportsheets® electronic products qualify for a 5-year warranty. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failures or manufacturer defects. This is not a satisfaction guarantee. The defective item will be replaced with the same or similar product. For the Warranty Claim to take place, you must file a Warranty Claim Form and follow the return instructions below.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Additionally, all Sportsheets® non-rechargeable (i.e., non-battery-operated) or non-vibrating products qualify for a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failures or manufacturer defects. If any Product fails to conform to this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Sportsheets will, at its sole discretion, replace with the same or similar product of similar function. For the Warranty Claim to take place, you must submit a Warranty Claim Form and follow the return instructions below.
