Shipping Policy

At Pepper’s Parties, we keep shipping simple and straightforward.

Standard Shipping

We’ll process and ship your order as quickly as possible using the most reliable and cost-effective option available. This is often USPS or FedEx Home Ground delivery. While these are not the only methods, they are the most common.

Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? We do offer an expedited option. However, please note that we do not guarantee exact delivery speeds such as 2-day or 3-day shipping. There are too many variables outside our control (such as carriers, weather, and regional delays). What we do guarantee is that we’ll always secure the best rate for the fastest available service at the time of your order.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM (CST) are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, and Christmas), processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
  • Expedited shipping generally shortens delivery time, but exact transit speeds depend on carrier availability.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Where We Ship

At this time, Pepper’s Parties ships only within the United States.

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
  • Orders can be shipped to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes (where accepted by the carrier).
  • Shipping restrictions may apply to certain remote or APO/FPO addresses, depending on carrier limitations.

Backorders

Backorders are handled based on each customer’s preferences. Please contact us if you would like to specify how you want backorders managed on your account.

Defective Product

We stand behind the manufacturer warranties provided on all products we carry. If you believe you have received a defective product, please refer to our Warranty Assistance page for details on how to file a claim.

Returned/Refused Orders

Orders that are returned or refused can be reshipped with an additional shipping charge. Any orders that require restocking are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments or Shortages

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. If cartons are delivered damaged, opened, or retaped, you must file a claim with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

We ship from our local warehouse as well as from multiple distributor warehouses, ensuring faster processing and better coverage across the U.S.
