Our Refund & Warranty Policy
At Pepper’s Parties, we stand behind the products we carry by supporting the manufacturer’s warranty for each item. Every brand publishes its own warranty details, and we’ve included links so you can review them directly. If you need help with a claim, we’ll assist by providing your purchase information to the manufacturer. The process is easiest if you created an account when ordering, but even if you didn’t, we’ll still work with you to support your claim.
Customer: “What happens if something goes wrong with my toy?”
Kathi Pepper: “Good question. We always honor the manufacturer’s warranty. Each product has its own policy, which you can find right on the manufacturer’s website (we’ve linked those for you). That way, you’re covered exactly as the brand intended.”
Customer: “Do I need to keep my receipt?”
Kathi Pepper: “If you created an account when you checked out, we’ve already got your purchase details on file. When it’s time to file a claim, we can provide all of the sale information directly to the manufacturer to assist with your warranty claim.”
Customer: “What if I didn’t make an account?”
Kathi Pepper: “We can still support your warranty claim. It just may take a little more effort to verify the order information, but we’ll do what we can to help the manufacturer process your claim smoothly.”
Customer: “So you don’t do refunds?”
Kathi Pepper: “Any refunds are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Our role is to help you connect with the right resources and provide the information needed to move your claim forward.”
